Installation

📃 2017-2025 6.6L Duramax 4'' DPF Race Delete Kit Instruction

Installation takes approximately one hour using basic hand tools and can be done on the ground in your driveway or garage. The process may be quicker if you have access to an automotive-style lift. Some cutting may be required to fit shorter wheelbase bed or cab configurations. Clamps, hangers, and necessary hardware are included, though some factory hardware may need to be reused.

A tuner is required for this installation. Removing the DPF, CAT, SCR, and/or involves eliminating emission-related sensors. A tuner capable of DPF delete is necessary to prevent the check engine light or any diagnostic trouble codes from appearing.
