RETURN CONDITIONS
- Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Items must be unused, in original packaging/tags.
- Order number required.
- No restocking fees.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Free return/exchange for defective or incorrect items (prepaid label provided).
- Customer-paid return for non-defective items (USPS/FedEx by weight).
❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened gaskets/seals (unless defective).
- Custom parts (marked "Custom" in product title).
🛡️ WARRANTY CLAIMS (48-HOUR NOTICE)
COVERED ISSUES
- Manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect item shipped.
- Shipping damage (photo of unopened box required).

- Covered: Factory weld cracks (even with other mods).
Policy balances manufacturer responsibility and user freedom. Test fittings must show no installation marks.
