Orders ship within 1 business day.
To cancel, email SUPPORT@XKVRACING.COM with your order number before shipment.

RETURN CONDITIONS
  • Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging/tags.
  • Order number required.
  • No restocking fees.
SHIPPING COSTS
  • Free return/exchange for defective or incorrect items (prepaid label provided).
  • Customer-paid return for non-defective items (USPS/FedEx by weight).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Opened gaskets/seals (unless defective).
  • Custom parts (marked "Custom" in product title).
🛡️ WARRANTY CLAIMS (48-HOUR NOTICE)
COVERED ISSUES
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect item shipped.
  • Shipping damage (photo of unopened box required).

  • Take before/after photos for warranty validation.
EXAMPLES
  • Not Covered: User-cut exhaust pipes (stress fractures).
  • Covered: Factory weld cracks (even with other mods).

Policy balances manufacturer responsibility and user freedom. Test fittings must show no installation marks.
