Jeep Exhaust Header

Jeep Exhaust Headers and Manifolds

Shop Jeep exhaust headers and exhaust manifolds for selected Wrangler, Cherokee, and Grand Cherokee applications. XKV Racing offers headers for popular Jeep 2.5L, 4.0L, and 3.8L engines, with selected kits also including a matching downpipe.

Fitment can vary by engine, chassis, model year, and exhaust layout. Before ordering, confirm your Jeep model, engine size, production year, and the complete fitment details listed on the product page.

Shop Jeep Headers by Engine and Model

Choosing a Jeep exhaust header by engine and chassis is the safest way to narrow down the right part. Even models with the same engine size may use different exhaust connections or layouts depending on the year and chassis.

Jeep 2.5L L4

The 2.5L four-cylinder engine is found in selected Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models as well as Cherokee applications. Available options include standalone exhaust headers and selected header-and-downpipe kits.

When choosing a 2.5L header, check the model year and chassis carefully. A header designed for an earlier YJ may not use the same downstream connection as a later TJ or Cherokee application.

Jeep 4.0L I6

The 4.0L inline-six is used in popular Jeep models including the Wrangler YJ and TJ, Cherokee XJ, and Grand Cherokee ZJ. Headers for these applications replace the factory exhaust manifold section and are available for selected model years.

Because 4.0L exhaust layouts changed across different vehicles and production years, confirm the chassis, model year, flange connections, and product-specific fitment before purchasing.

Jeep 3.8L V6

Selected 2007–2011 Jeep Wrangler JK models use the 3.8L V6. Headers for this engine are different from those used on earlier Jeep 2.5L and 4.0L platforms.

Check that the product specifically lists your Wrangler JK model year and 3.8L engine before ordering.

When choosing a Jeep exhaust header, start with your engine size and chassis, then verify the exact model year and exhaust configuration on the product page. This is more reliable than selecting a header based on the Jeep model name alone.
